Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
